Refund policy
At Annie Gammell Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review the following refund policy:
Returns Accepted:
- We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds are only offered on products that are not damaged on return.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at annie@anniegammellart.com to request a return authorisation and receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
